Ms. Amrita Chatterji specializes in Criminal and Matrimonial Litigation and has been practicing since 2010. Her work is extensively focused on matters pertaining to White Collar Crimes, Dowry Prohibition and Death Cases, Divorce Petitions, and matters pertaining to POSH. Presently, she is serving as an external member of the POSH Committees of Airblack Technologies Pvt Ltd, Rusk Media Pvt Ltd., Llyod Insulations India Ltd, Real Learning Technologies Pvt Ltd, and Crescere Technologies Pvt Ltd.
At VMCO, Amrita deals with various individuals, companies and organizations in terms of providing advisory services as well as representing them before various District and Sessions Courts, High Courts, as well as the Supreme Court of India.
