VMCO is delighted to be a part of the celebration of our Partner, Ms Amrita Chatterjee, who was successful in attaining a favourable judgment in a case filed under the POCSO Act. The matter pertained to an appeal against the judgment passed by Ld. ASJ POCSO Act, Saket Court, wherein our client was convicted under sections 363, and 366 of the Cr.P.C., 1973 and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012. After detailed deliberations and qualified arguments, the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi allowed the appeal, thus bringing much due relief to the client.
