Karan Mehra, Our Managing Partner and Co-Chair of the PHDCCI – NCLT/IBC Committee, was part of a PHDCCI delegation led by Mr. G P Madaan, Chairperson of the NCLT & IBC Committee, in a meeting with Mr. Ravi Mittal, the Hon’ble Chairperson of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India ( IBBI).

The delegation apprised the Hon’ble IBBI Chairperson about the objectives of NCLT & IBC Committee of PHDCCI.

The Hon’ble IBBI Chairperson has agreed for a meeting with the members of PHDCCI in the near future.
