On 25.02.2023, the NCLT & IBC Committee of PHDCCI Membership Desk, Chandigarh Chapter organized an insightful conference on the “Impediments in Approval and Implementation of a Resolution Plan under IBC, 2016” at the PHD House, Chandigarh.
The Guests of Honor for the conference were the Judicial Member of the NCLT, Chandigarh Bench, Hon’ble Mr Justice Harnam Singh Thakur & Hon’ble Mr Subrata Kumar Dash, Member (Technical) NCLT, Chandigarh Bench, while the enlightening discussion panel consisted of Mr G P Madaan (Chairperson), Mr Abhishek Anand (Co-Chair), and our Managing Partner, Mr Karan Mehra, the Co-Chairperson of the Committee.
The conference, which was an absolute success, also included enriching Panel Discussions wherein different esteemed professionals discussed various recent judgements which have given preference to dues of workmen and tax authorities over the dues of financial creditors.
