On 21.03.2023, the NCLT & IBC Committee of PHDCCI Delhi, in its quest to keep its followers updated with the various development of the IBC laws, is organizing a “Roundtable on Recent Judgments in the case of Jaypee Infratech Limited (NCLT) and Earth Infrastructures Limited (NCLAT)”.
The session, being organised at the PHD House, Delhi, will start at 4:00 P.M. and will include the following esteemed members in the Panel: Mr Gajender Pal Madaan (Chairperson, NCLT & IBC Committee), Mr Abhishek Anand (Co-Chairperson, NCLT & IBC Committee), and our Managing Partner, Mr Karan Mehra, in his capacity as the Co-Chairperson of the NCLT & IBC Committee.
