Mr. Sameer Sharma

The Founder and Managing Partner of S.S. Legal, Mr Sameer Sharma is a legal expert with over 19 years of experience in various fields. He completed his graduation in the year 2003 and has since, brought a panache to the legal practice of Nepal. Mr Sharma has an extensive experience in the practice areas of corporate, contracts, banking, hydropower, and tax law, labor issues, cross border transactions, legal due diligence and arbitration (as a legal counsel as well as an arbitrator) amongst others.

He has also been recognized in the Chambers & Partners Global and Asia Pacific Guides, for his work in the corporate and commercial laws practice area for the years 2023, 2021, and 2020 and even attained recognition in the said area Chambers & Partners Asia Pacific Guide for the year 2019. In fact, even in the year 2023, Mr Sharma was ranked in the Band 1 of Chambers & Partners Asia Pacific rankings, in the Dispute Resolution & Arbitration practice area.
