Dastur Reinsurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., for legal services provided to Kering Eyewear India Pvt. Ltd. (“Kering India”) in relation to one Authorised Retailer Agreement.
Kering Group, a french based company, is engaged in the development of a series of brands including Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Brioni, Boucheron, Pomellato, DoDo, Qeelin, as well as Kering Eyewear.
