Our Managing Partner, Mr Karan Mehra, in his capacity as the Co-chair of the NCLT & IBC Committee of the PHD-CCI, had the privilege of being part of the esteemed Panel in a Webinar for discussion on the recent SEBI Consultation Paper.
Alongside Mr Mehra, the other Committee heads were also a part of the Panel. During the webinar, the Panel examined the various nuances of the Paper in relation to the Protection of the Interest of Public Equity Shareholders in the case of listed companies undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (“CIRP”) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“IBC”).
