PHD-CCI has been an active and vocal forum in all its concerned endeavours, including that concerning the NCLT and IBC laws and their forums. This level of efficiency is achieved by different committees of the association, which work with a determined focus to attain the maximum benefits of all available resources.
The PHD-CCI NCLT & IBC Committee is one such flagship advent which has been re-constituted recently under the chairmanship of Mr G.P. Madaan, and the co-chairmanships of Mr Abhishek Anand and our very own Managing Partner, Mr Karan Mehra.
With a view to delving deep into the areas concerning NCLT and IBC, the committee has opened up an exclusive membership open to all interested individuals at a nominal fee. Not only will the members bring an amplitude of benefits, but it will also bring the individual closer to the NCLT and IBC functioning.
