Our Managing Partner, Mr Karan Mehra, in his capacity as the Co-Chair of the NCLT & IBC Committee of the PHD-CCI, has been included in the Panel for a Virtual Interaction on Changes Being Considered to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The Interaction is to be held today, that is, on 31.01.2023 from 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. We will be delighted to have all of our esteemed followers participate in the same.
On January 18, 2023, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs invited public comments towards the proposed amendments to the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016, wherein the Ministry proposed to provide a streamlined and digitized Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
